The Supporting Volunteers Quality Assurance Assessment Award has been designed specifically with the smaller organisation in mind, but with more complex tasks for larger organisations. SVA can be used either as a springboard for higher level quality assurance awards, such as NAVCA, PQASSO or IV, or as a way of organising your documents in preparation for bids. Most importantly, SVA ensures you have the documentation and procedures to keep your volunteers and service users safe AND happy.
